I'm after a bit of advice regarding fincance.
I'm selling my car to a friend of mine but she has been declined finance. I've offered to let her have the car and pay me the monthly instalments.
what I need is some terms and conditions to put in a (con)tract.
I've already told her that I'll be keeping a set of key's, log book and service history. Also that she will need fully comp insurance.
What else should I be looking at?
Any help would be appreciated.

err, if she's been refused finance its for a reason.
I hope she's a good freind, money and mates don't mix, let her go to one of these "we give cash to ANYONE" type loan companies and take the cash for the car instead, let her bear the burden of the debt.

Tricky one really.
Id agree with the "money and mates dont mix" thing though.
It all depends on how much you trust her. Personally, I wouldnt offer that to anyone, no matter how well I know them, especially if its a fairly large sum on money.
I bought a set of tyres for my sister on buy-now-pay-later ages ago and she never paid me!
