a very serious Q!
i am selling my buy-to-let property which is in a notts and should be completed end of jan.
i was interested in getting a better property one nearer where i am now located,
howver problems are.
1,the price of property here is VERY expensive for those that are quick to let out (meaning i won't get enough to pay the mortgage)
2,cheap properties are not my type(not many people wanna live ther),
i am now considering about oversea properties,
areas i am interested in are
florida. spain, costa blanca (some others are forgot)
the main problem is never went on holiday since i was 11,
so i don't know where these places are!
i am not sure is this a risky bet?
also how do i manage the property?
is it the same as the UK?
get a letting agent to do the work, but can i trust them
any one who have experience please help?
