Cos it could well be soon. Starting with Scotland and moving steadily southwards. They say it's going to be a big one.
Let us all know when you get it in your area so we can track it's progress.
Cheers.

Just had a look through some airfield met forecasts (usually a bit more accurate)....
I think, looking at the charts that it's the east coast that's in for it..
Worst at Birmingham, East Midlands and Liverpool (until 1800 tomorrow) is a bit of freezing fog in the morning.
Edinburgh is showing sleet showers tomorrow.
Nothing at Cardiff, Heathrow, Carlisle, Luton, Glasgow, Norwich etc etc etc.
Newcastle and Aberdeen are the only places I could find forecasting any proper snow showers.
Ah the long winter nights just fly by chez moi........

So I suppose the country is gonna grind to a halt again because of pathetic people who have NO idea of how to drive correctly in snowy conditions - the kind of people who don't leave a big enough stopping distance to compensate for the chance of skidding, who constantly brake thinking it will help, when all it does is cause them to skid & slow everyone else down - there's a lot to be said for using the engine to brake and selecting the highest gear in the first place.
Rant over, it's just it's my pet hate, especially as I will be out in the bad weather fixing the impending faults on the power lines no doubt?
At least I have my Defender 110 - have Landrover - will travel!
4ft drifts - bring 'em on!!

Just woke up to a good 6 inches of snow this morning, no sign of a snow plough, and it's still chucking it down. This is gonna make the school run a bit of fun !
