Need advice for filling in the following:
You must be able to delegate tasks and motivate others. You must also be able to set objectives and give feedback on performance. Please give an example where you have shown management potential.
Also:
Staff must be open, ensuring a flexible approach to new ideas. YOu need to demonstrate a rediness to challenge established practices and make teh most out of opportunities for self development. Please give an example where you have adapted flexibly to change.
What are the key elements that need to be included to demonstrate the requiremnts? Any general hints etc gladly noted.
