Have you seen her on that ITV2 extra thingybob for the I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Some Publicity thing? 
If you ever saw that interview with her and Frank Skinner you'll know what I mean.
She's all over the place - can't stand still, bursting out with laughter and screaming, interrupting the other presenter and generally behaving like someone off their head.
Not that I'm suggesting she is of course. Just that she's doing a good impression of someone who is.

A smackhead aka heroin addict is the true definition but I suppose in some ways it's become a generalised urban term for someone with a drug problem. With the truest definition however Tara was no smackhead. She had a problem and a massive one at that, with Cocaine.
Good looking girl though, this thread needs pics
