HELP PLEASE - Need to get hold of a good solicitor to defend speeding case in Port Talbot magistrates court in March.

Any contacts gratefully received. Could be looking at a ban here so I need someone who can minimise the damage. Would be good to have someone familiar with the local magistrates court.

If you didn't sign the form, or are going that route, then be sure to make he/she aware that Idris Francis is currently awaiting a date for his appeal to the High Court as to whether the NIP needs to be signed. It is likely that this case will take place in the first half of this year and, perhaps if we are lucky, before the end of March.

Clearly this isn't any use to you if you signed the NIP.
