Does anybody have any experience with this sort of mortgage where you pay a mortgage for half the house's value and rent the other half.
I am 21 and live in berkshire and although neither of us are on bad money for our ages house prices are just amazingly high.
Can anybody in the know explain a little bit more about this sort of arrangement?
