Pectorals

I need some help - after lots of time in the gym, I am struggling to sort my pecs out - ideally, I want then just flat, not bulked up at all - in anything they need some reduction!
I have lost 2 stone, and they refuse to go - I have tried light reps on bench press, leaving them alone etc, but still no joy.
Any advice would be appreciated, before I complete my ascent into the world of page 3.

Unforunately, you can't spot-reduce fat from bodyparts. Most blokes retain fat in their chest, stomach, obliques or thighs.
You can lift and lift and all you'll do is increase strength & muscle mass under the layer of fat.
The only way to reduce your bristols is through proper diet. Stick with the weights and the muscle will look great once you've toned down.

essentially its that your bodyfat is too high, simple as that
reduce your overall bodyfat with diet and you'll get cut up there eventually

Lots and Lots of joging even better to be doing lots of quick sprints. I used to have bulky pecs, have toned down alot by playing 5 a-side football. It worked for me anyway

Unfortunately, sometimes exercise alone doesn't help.
I'm carrying an inch or two excess bodyfat around my stomach and obliques. I literally do hundreds of sit-ups, crunches, hanging leg raises (you name it) every day to build endurance into my trunk muscles and I still can't shift the extra blubber.
I play squash, badminton and do circuit training almost daily. I run 4-5 times per week for at least an hour (2hrs+ on long runs) and although my weight has dropped and I have very little fat everywhere else, it just doesn't want to shift.
The main reason I think it's there is my diet is very poor considering the amount of exercise I do week-in, week-out.
Like Milo has said, you're still carrying an excess amount of fat (although ou have lost a good deal already) and your unforunate enough to store this on your chest.
Jogging is the best all-round exercise for burning fat IMHO. You need to keep it slow and steady though. Sprints (or Interval Training) is all about making your CV system more efficient rather than reducing fat.
Of course, your burning more calories in a shorter time frame with shuttle sprints, but 30-45mins of steady, slow temp running would do more to rid you of those extra pounds IMHO. Sprints will help you get fitter, faster and therefore can help with the slower runs.
