I had to laugh:

After bidding the van operator goodbye, the friends returned home, fixed the number plate to their car and drove through the camera's radar at high speed - 17 times. As a result, the automated billing system issued 17 speeding tickets to itself".

I'm amazed that it hasn't been done in this country with police car reg no etc.

Before a smart **** says anything about you can't get a plate without a V5 or drivers license...wrong! All you do is order a plate that's for "display purposes only"

 

 

or go to some unscrupulous plate maker at Blackbushe market and buy one.

Getting reg plates is not hard.
