Road Tax without insurance cert?
hi guys,
goin to finally pick up my car later on today after a 4 MONTH wait!
i want to tax the car BUT only decided today to go online and get insurance from L&V(stupid i kno
) and now will receive the cert "within 7days"
i emailed them to ask if they could giv me sumthing to print so i can prove i am insured, but hav no response yet.
any ideas on how to get the car taxed or do i hav to wait for the certificate to come thru?

They should get a cover not out to you sharpish, or be able to fax one at least. Elephant said they would get the cover note out the same day and the full policy and cert to follow. It all arrived the next day. Think they just like to cover themseleves
