Hi people.
Smashed my 7250i and they wont repair it. So im getting a new contract. Letting old one run down for 2 months @ £15.
I like the look of the Nokia 6230 but it doesnt have a release date.
Any other deals worth looking at?

I recently upgraded to the Motorola V600 from a Sony Ericsson t610 and have sent it back and have gone back on to my old contract with the t610.
I found the Motorola much harder to use and just generally sh1te IMHO. It also...rang when turned off and I could only stop this by removing the battery, it also reset itself a couple of times and when I took some photos and tried to view them they were "corrupt, please delete". But it does look very nice indeed.
Have decided to wait and see what comes out in the next couple of months for the time being...

I hate Nokia.... ford of the phone world!
I've just got a P900 and it can do so many things. The abilty to browse the internet is great. It is a bit larger then a normal phone though.
I'd recommend a T630 or Z600

I started off with a Nokia, and moved onto a Siemens SL45i & S55. Now have a S/E T610. I will NEVER go back to Nokia.
The Siemens were by far, the best phones I've ever had. Very friendly, and well built. The T610 is a good all-round phone. Now I've got used to a slightly different O/S, I really like it. Almost as much as the S55. Also, Blue-Tooth is 'kin brilliant!!

The other good make is Samsung. IMHO, Samsung and Siemens just seem to have a better build quality and feel about them. (A bit like comparing Ford build-quality to BMW or Mercedes).
All IMHO of course

I've got a Motorola V600, wife has a V500. Both superb - nicely made, feature packed and different to the Ford-like Nokias of this world.
Oh, and they both work superbly as well. Very highly recommended.

yeh granted, the Samsung O/S is somewhat basic. But it's built to last. AND like you say, what do you want the phone to do? If it's to make calls, then a Samsung would suit requirements ![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)

The Sendo X looks impressive, if it ever gets released. Thing is it's already 3 months late, any longer and it'll be out of date..![Frown](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/frown.gif)

e710 will be a nice phone when it gets released with the samsung menu system.. the only ones we have had through as yet are the vodaphone ones which are utter junk ! they have change the menu system to match the sharp GX series ...
