I have won an item on ebay, but the seller has not sent it. I obviously have sent payment, and they have confirmed reciept.
What legal recourse do I have to recover my money? Can I go the small claims route? What then?
Thanks
Damian

I think the maxium you can get from ebay is £95, depending on the goods value. I am in the process of being stiffed on ebay myself...

You need to contact ebay about the matter then they will contact the seller. failing that you need to request the sellers details (normally an option to do this on the listing?) then they normally have a phone number which you could use to call them! It may only be £20 but £20 is £20.
Not all of us ebay sellers are bad!
