Typical, all falls on the mountains to the west and then there is nothing left by the time the weather gets here. Going to have to move back to Yorkshire

Blue skies, a few fluffy clouds...and no snow at all.

Probably just as well as I'm driving a Fiesta for at least another week...

Is that deep or wide?

Currently have a blizzard here and about a foot lying on the ground... but on a clear day I can see the Alps from here, so its not such a strange thing!

little miss fire - weather seemed to be suggesting the east was going to get hit again, I remember driving home last year when the M11 was shot to bits. Fortunately decided to avoid the A14 and went the back route. Took 7 hours to get back to Leicestershire, but I made it home, people living locally didn't!

We've had it for a couple of days, although there is only about an inch and a half lying on the ground! Supposed to have had a lot more but it hasn't appeared yet. Despite that all the areas schools have been closed today Jeezo, these effin schools will do anythin for a day off!!

Last night whenever I got home about 2am slightly the worse for wear it was not snowing but I woke up this morning @ 9:30 to several inches of snow. I could of built a snow baby out of the ammount of snow I cleared off my car.
The sun has melted most of the snow now but we have had several very short snow showers today, maybe it will snow again later.

we got loads here in Anglesey
Mr.Scooby was one of the only ones that managed to get to work so he was sent home hour later!
Loads of roads closed and the bridges where closed for a bit.
The roads look pretty clear tonight though so back to normal tomorrow unless we get more over night.
