What Do You Think It Would Be Like If We All Got Together?
...For an evening, or a day, or a weekend? Do you think it would be full of suprises? Full of fights? In general we'd all get along? I think it would be a fun idea, especially for the non-scooby owners amongst us.
We could have a non-scooby owners ball!

All of us? well, I've met with loads at Muppet Camping and the Muppet BBQ's and a few of the other SN related events I've been to. It's a good laugh, lots of drinking, lots of jovial japes. and talking about cars too.

You would stay huddled in your little splinter groups, not mixing with anyone you didnt recognise.
Then someone would try to infiltrate a group they didnt know, pleasantries would be exchanged, closely followed by who the **** was that.
The most common remark would be, **** me I didnt think she was that fat, or my God he is a geek.
I would be stood on my own thinking, 'why the **** did I turn up here?'
You would all be thinking, 'why is that freak wearing four watches?'

99% of BBS posters turn out to be two-faced bollocks talkers in the flesh...the number of times I've met people who profess to hate this or that other person on the BBS, but turn into pussycats at a meet where it's all smiles and backslapping.
It's always fun, but it's also very articficial.
Of course the 1% are great and I;ve made some real friends though the bbs to.
So it's like real life then! LOL

Off the top of my head I'd be really intrigued, for various reasons (all nice) to meet Milo, Jacko, chaos., NACRO, Brendan Huges and super_si. Just a few of the members whose personalities come through on the forum.
Be interesting. People communicate best in many different ways. But the seed of who they are is always there no matter what form they choose to express it.What I mean to say is the best part of themselves can come across in various but not all guises (sp?).
