PETS AT HOME
7 weeks ago my sister ordered a kennel from these muppets for her back garden.
4 weeks ago she rang to see if it was ready & they said they had no record of one being ordered, but they ordered one for her there & then.
2 weeks ago, they rang her to say it was ready, come and pick it up. We went to get it (she needed my trailer to collect it), but in the hour between the phone call & us getting there they had sold it to someone else
The 'supervisor' said they could order another, or she could take the dispay model but not discounted. We looked at it but it was f**ked, so she ordered another.
This afternoon my sister rang the store to see where this kennel was up to & they said "It's been in the warehouse for a week waiting for you to collect it." As you can imagine, my younger sibling (not the calmest of people in any case) was not a little unimpressed to hear this news and said so![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I have just returned form pets at home, minus kennel, because when we got there they showed us the 'alleged' new kennel, and IMO it was the most shabbily assembled piece of tat you could possibly imagine. The supervisor said that they could get one of their warehousemen in in the morning to nail it together if we liked. My sister has however declined this kind offer, & informed them that she would not be paying £109

I'd not seen that thread before, at least it's not just me then![Frown](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/frown.gif)
@ mj. If she gets what she pays for I should hope it's f**king gold plated.
For an extra £40 she could have this buy my car & they could sleep in style![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
