Suggest you get a Bosch or another brand unless you're set on getting a Karcher. The reason being the one I had practically blew up when not very old and had hardly been used. I spoke to quite a few friends and colleagues afterwards who also had problems with their machines in some way or another.

Look for a second hand older model matey. New Karchers use plastic valve bodies as opposed to alloy on older ones. The plastic soon gives up the ghost. My 6 year old one went t*ts up recently, stripped it down, the alloy valve body and valves were good as new, but a small plastic valve had blown it's end cap off. Stuck a brass washer in it's place......... it's like a good un now!!.
