Default t-mobile change of tnc, help??

hi i remember i whilst back someone posting on here that t-mob had changed terms n coditions, and you could cancel our contract for a breach on their part? well i got that through today and would like to know how i cancel? sick of em!!!

help please!

Yep. Simple as that.

A friend of mine did it last week. They tried to give her loads of flannel down the phone but she just said she knew her rights and they cancelled it.

She's now got a 2 month old phone for free - bargain.

t-mobile are hopeless We have t-mobile phones at work and we can't get any reception in our buildings They are the most useless network providers I have seen

Never had a problem with T-Mobile and now I don't have to have the paper itemised bill

well my phone got damaged 6 months ago, they told me that replacement would be issued as soon as they got a new batch, it has still never arrived! so had to buy my own phone and waited when i heard about this tnc change i have been waiting fo ages for it to come, it came today, so just wanted to check what it was i needed to say! they have been an awful service provider, no help at all when it comes to customer service! good ridence!

Out of interest. If you cancel the contract, can you start a new one with them or will they refuse you thus meaning you have to go to one of the other providers?

just rang them this is the case, and openly admit it, "they have to" the increase goes above the retail price index, therefore they are in breach of original terms and conditions.
