Calling all plumbers.....

AAaaarrrrgggggggg!!!!!!!!
All I need is a straight answer, so scoobynet is the place to ask.....
I want to move my water boiler up into the loft, simple you might think, but I have had 3 plumbers giving three different aswers...
1. Move it up there, as long as the bottom of the water tank is above the top of the boiler, you will be fine, with no loss of water pressure.
2. Move it up there but we need to fit a pump between the tank and the boiler to manitain pressure, but this means a noise everytime you turn the tap on.
3. Can't do it, no chance, fit a combi boiler.
The problem is answers 2 and 3 both came from Corgi approved fitters, but 1 came from my dad, who has done it, and was also backed up by a plumber who was working next door when I managed to collar him.
Any ideas, anyone one know of PlumberNet or something similar
