Life after Mark and Lard?
Is there such a thing?
I'm truly gutted they've gone and we've vowed to give up Radio1 in the office...well, we did till we put Radio2 on!
There has to be another way, what do you guys listen to, the internet is an option

My god how on earth do they have fans?
Listen to it once - might as well play a recording each day.
I would rather use a cheese grater on my ***** & sit in a bath of salty water than listen to them!
Glad to see they are cutting the crap out - Sara *** next

If radio one cut all the crap out they'd have little or nothing left.
Complete garbage 24hrs a day.
Mark and Lard were the only DJs I could listen to.
Radio One is almost as bad as Capital Radio - now that's saying something......So it is
That was said in a Jim Macdonld stylee

If you want to hear the last show - go to the radio 1 web site - there is a section called "replay" or something, you can hear all the shows for the last week.
All I can say is I am with you C, thank god they have gone, bring on Colin and Edith and the sooner that rough sounding dog Sarah *** goes on maternity leave the better - hope she don't come back afterwards. Come back Zoe Ball - all is forgiven

they were funny for the first few weeks for their breakfast show. by the time they got moved to afternoons they were already long overdue for retirement. how they managed to make their three "jokes" last for 7 years, i have no idea.

Listen to james stannage on 103fm, It's sun-thurs 10pm-2am talk show, funniest radio show ever.
Anyone who doesn't get M+L is just clearly wrong and should be shot! The Classic Cut feature is ace, "Mull of 'kin Tyre" was one of the best ones too!
We tried Radio2 for a short while this afternoon, that was no good so we've gone to tin pot local radio, it's just not happening
I'm away for the weekend now, good luck with Colin and Ejit on Monday, I know I won't be listening

No, the gag was that the record jumped at precisely the point where a certain word was sung, thereby completely changing the meaning of the word. You had to listen carefully, so it was obviously lost on you. Shall I get your coat?
