It's been a funny old week, the people I deal with daily also seem to have gotten thicker and lost their sense of humour to boot.

I had a guy argue with me this week because I couldn't help him. Not to go into to boring detail, but imagine if you were a SEAT dealer and you phoned the Skoda Gearbox Department to complain about the headlights on your SEAT and then demanded to be put through to the right department. He told my supervisor that I wouldn't give him a phone number (that I didn't have) and was being deliberately obtuse. Kill them. Kill them all.

Thank God I'm only a contractor.
