took out an all share tracker index (FTSE). didn't use my allowance for last year, unfortunately - too busy paying off debts. for the first time in about 8 years i now have:
no credit card balance
no car finance
no personal loans
even paid off the wife's credit card, in a fit of generosity. i did put it into my wallet afterwards, though.

DW - yeah - well worth going without my daily bottle of vintage Bolly to get all that sorted.
