Poor Guy, brake fluid does a better job because, unlike with nitromors the panel has to be sandblasted before it can be repainted

it was really foggy one night on a long straight near me, and they were actually hiding round a corner in a bus shelter pointing the gun at people, i have a radar detector so just laughed at them, but this cant be right surely? are they allowed to do it?
