This is just a joke! Has nothing been learned from the fiasco of Nectar launching? If you're going to offer a service online, and you're pretty sure many many people are going to use it, make sure you have the resources to back it up.
I'm not going to, but if I was, I would be ordering online, well, trying to, and I'm a very impatient chappy when it comes to the stupidity of those who clearly have no idea how to setup a fast and efficient online system. It's not like it's some little backwater folk group event or something is it?
