Ken Livingstone is withholding £1.5m of funding from Barnet Council because of its transport policies, which he claims are putting children's lives at risk.

Funny how he never mentions the fact that the London Ambulanec service reckon that hump slow down their ambulances so much that they are RESPONSIBLE for about an extra 500 deaths per year around London. He'd soon start squealing for their removal if his newts got taken seriously ill and got held up by humps going to the vets .....

I agree - Ken is a **** of the first degree - everyone knows speed humps don't do any good - for ***** sake I will be the first to admit I scream up to each - gently go over it and then rip off again until the next one.. crackers
