It clearly has to be an error, what I want to know is if I order them at that price can they turn round and refuse to sell them at that price !!
I can't find anything on the site about pricing or policies..!!

If they have to stick to that price then I am buying as well. However if my consumer law from college serves me right lol its only an invitation to treat so once they have realised what a **** up they have made they can withdraw the offer and refuse to sell any at the price publicised. Stand to be corrected though as college was a long time ago

They will have no obligation...think back to last year when the whole world tried to buy Compaq PDA's from Amazon at what was clearly the wrong price...IIRC no one got anything but an apology...and they didn't deserve that , I mean they only ordered to try and rip the seller off.

Things might be different if your card is charged automatically (like ebuyer do)
If the card is debited, then a contract has been made.... or something

Precisely, plus Amazon and Dell etc have legal bumf that disclaims them from price law stating they may change the price at any time. This place do not have such a disclaimer
Well i'm ordering via credit card and see what happens, I was about to spend £350 on a set of new tyres, this could save me a fortune

Taken from Terms & Conditions:-
"We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these Terms and Conditions, and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we despatch the goods to you."
So technically, a contract won't exist until the wheels are despatched, and prior to that, the order can be rejected seemingly without notice or reason.
I don't think for one minute that they will honour the price, but is it worth the risk? I'm seriously tempted!!!
Shall I go for it??!

yep as was posted any item marked at a price by a vendor is simply 'an offer to sell at price x' they are not legally bound to sell at the marked price (well so I was reliably informed) so unless they spot the error I think they will retract their 'offer to sell'

You should have kept it to yourself......with only 1 order, they may not have noticed if all computerised, OR let it go just the once, but with 100 orders, they're not gonna honour any.

lol like I said I don't expect to get them for one minute due to invitation to offer etc. However if they do have staff who couldn't give a toss/have a grudge to bear then its worth the 2 minutes it took to register and put in my credit card. I have an email confirming the amount so they can't charge more and again thats why I did it via credit card just in case they tried to be clever and charge the correct amount.
I expect a phone call/email tomorrow saying they got it wrong and thats fair enough if they do that but if you dont ask you dont get so its always worth a try![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
LOL and if you also try the link again you will find the product has been removed from their database!
