Water collecgting in the bottom of my fridge
#3
[edited to add that is it a fridge/freezer? - if it was only a fridge, obviously does not need defrosting!]
When did you last defrost it? Could be that it is struggling to keep the temperature low due to ice build-up.
If a fridge only, could be on its way out - is it old?
Even if the drain plug was blocked, they shouldn't be creating a pool that size every night.

Mine does this if one of two things is wrong, (or both :
the little drain hole at the back of the shelf where the water drains away is blocked.
I clear mine with a biro inner tube, nice and flexible, but rigid enough to do the job.
someone has pushed a plastic packet, like bacon, so far back that the water running down the back into the shelf/drain hole, is now running down the packet and onto the floor of the fridge.

Other option is that the door isn't sealing properly (bad seal, door misaligned etc.) and you are simply getting condensation pooling then running out of the fridge.

The drain hole at the back should lead via tube to a tray by or on top of the compressor (big round black thing )
The idea being the heat of the compressor evaporates the water. If the tube gets detached, blocked, or the the tray is cracked it'll just fall on the floor instead.
Also make sure the fridge is level too!
