For "The New Year" ???
About a third of the spam mail I get and delete ends with the words "for the New Year" in the title. Just annoys me 'cos I can't understand why the annoying sods that send these out don't realise we are half way through the year or is the internet spam list business 5 months behind? Just curious..... DL

assuming you use outlook express...
tools/message rules/mail.
click new.
setup the rule to move all messges with "for the new year" in the subject line to the deleted items folder.

Hi mj, yep I did that around Xmas time but just wondered why these messages are being sent at this time of year. Guess I am bored 'cos its raining.........
