Was thinking of lobbing one of these on my car. Anyone (ringers!?) had experience of these, is the quality any good?
Thought about going for the incar mount but I don't think these convey the speed very well.

I've borrowed a friend's one and used it for helmet-camera footage of downhills on my mountain-bike. They're excellent quality - I think it was bought from www.RFConcepts.co.uk.

Used one mounted on the wing mirror of my old Elise at the ring, gave a good indication of the cars' speed and when the back stepped out on me a couple of times. Front bumper mount would also be good - have a look on Felly's website for other mounting ideas
