sti-04!!

I am looking at buy a new house (its took me 6 months of searching)

And the question i have is ................... the lounge is 20ft x 30ft with a 16ft high ceiling(last owners feature), i want to add another two rooms were the excess height is(i think the normal ceiling height is 7ft),
Anyone got any ideas of a rough cost

ps basically its an internal extension as on the other side of the house there is an upstairs with two rooms & an ensuite, so adding to this wont cause much problems for access
