£24+£6 to see some chavved up cars and silcone breasted babes I thought the motorshow was bad, the NEC are really taking liberties these days

Think I'll save the cash and spend it at Spearmint Rhinos instead

Only ever been once. Thought it was a complete waste of money.

Don't mind paying for quality (eg Goodwood Festival of Speed) but a bunch of cars you can quite easily find at a local meet/cruise and girls who aren't pretty enough to make it as real models - no thanks.

Hats off to the organisers though. Excellent business sense.

Havent been since my car was on display there a few years back.
Overpriced, and i was bored within a few hours (especially as i had to be there by some stupidly early time)

Whenever I go to a show that's all I'm ever after - freebies

The once at the motorshow we blagged our way into the dealers suite on the Bentley Stand, got a full slap up lunch for free....but we got rumbled when some bloke sat by us and started asking about our turnover and other dealer related waffle - we just looked at him blank faced. The penny dropped and he said "your not with the Broughtons are you". "No" we replied with a shady grin. "your not dealers are you". "No" - with a grin

"Ok then eat your food and get out when your finished then". Which was nice of him, plus it saved us a fiver and queuing for some barely warm greasy beefburger
