Just renewed my subscription over the phone today...

At the end of the phone call I ask who I needed to talk to to see if the Tracker was working ok.
She was about to put me onto the Installations department but I asked her if they were the people to tell me "where my car is now", sort of thing.

ANYWAY... She told me that they couldn't tell me where my car was and that they didn't have a screen/computer to do that. They wouldn't activate it because they work with the police and therefore I can not check that my tracker would indeed work if some git did drive off with it.

Has any one had a similar experience?
Is there any way to see if my tracker does work? Other companies can tell you where you car is!!!

put the car on a trailer and move it with out the keys in the ignition , this should have the same effect on them as if it was being stolen , if all is working ok they should ring you to ask you if it should be moving
