VAT - EC Sales List
Bit of a boring topic....
Anyone fill an EC Sales List form out for the vat man?
If so can you confirm, should you only be entering sales to another EU VAT registered trader, who has supplied their VAT number (which has been checked) and you have therefore NOT charged UK VAT?
Do I therefore NOT include any sales made, to either another company or joe public where UK VAT HAS been charged on the invoice?
