Help needed,

I have been living away through the week due to work, and the house we are renting at the moment has a very large grape vine in the conservatory, which we thought was dead, and in the last few months has started to produce grapes, and in the last two weeks they have turned from green to red. Now us contractors have lived in Salisbury for nearly two years and are so board, we have decided to try and make some wine with these grapes to keep ourselves amused.

Can anyone offer any advice with regards to making the wine and when to pick the grapes? PS Some are still small and green are these going to die?
