Mini moto - starts ok on full choke but as soon as its warm and the choke is shut off the engine dies when the throttle is turned. Already cleaned the air filter / carb, new spark plug ,correct mixture.

Any ideas?

Try draining it and mixing some fresh.

I completely stripped a stroker once because it lost power on throttle...turns out it the flipping petrol was a bit dodgy

Does it run ok with the choke still on? If so it is running too lean!

Was going to say close off choke gradually and you may find she needs a bit of choke to keep running. As ajm says.
