now the chipped digital boxes also on sale on ebay offering all sky pay per view, etc channels free off charge may be a different story ??!! have heard off a lot off positive response on these things !!!
filters at under a tenner to receive digital free off charge ?? not sure ??!!
anyone want to explain further on this or indeed any similar type sky tv magic box ??

I'm sure the magic trick is either unplug your phone line or change the default number in the engineers option menu to a non-existant numer
But will on'y rack up a certain amount of credit before it will stop working.
From what I gathered the NTL and telewest "chip" is just a filter that blocks the upstream data stream, although if you use the internet through your set top box - you'll loose your net access. Haven't a clue if it works though - or for how long!
