You need a large champagne cork, and some Loctite.

And when it lets go, as it surely will do, be sure nobody is in the firing line

As vinegar is acid, you need something alkaline to balance it out - I recommend two or three pints of milk

I've just eaten 6 slices of bread, hopefully the milk will soak into that and do its job?

Me, i'm just bored cos my girlfriend is oop North, and waiting for my dinner to cook on a Sunday evening (slow cooked honey roast duck, a la Gary Rhodes, my signature dish and VERY tasty ) and waiting to see if there is either a punchline to Pete's posts, or failing that an involuntary and violent emission from one (or hopefully more, in unison) of his orifices

I'm just shocked with the state of the catering in old peoples homes these days.

In a council run one i could understand it but in the sort of private one Pete must be in i'd have thought he'd have been eating roast dinner all day!

For those of you following my blocked toilet escapades, I'd just like to say that a man has been round and unblocked them.

(Sorry, just seemed like an appropriate thread to announce this...)

Ahem! Do we actually care.
I don't, over consumption, of anything, sort yourself out. You have free will.
Until your blessed TB takes that away.

Vegescoob (what's that, an Impreza that doesn't run over wildlife ) Please....have some respect as a new boy on the block that probably doesn't understand the history here, Pete is a national icon, a bit like the Queen

Us oldies care about him - a care in the community thing

Yeh well, amongst other things I like the idea of republics not monarchies and I believe in saying it how I see it.
