Indestructible dog toys
Our puppy is 6 months old now. Most of his toys are in bits. He does / did have loads but a bit fed up now on buying him stuff to destory!!
Any ideas?

I've never managed to find anything that lasts significantly longer than a couple of weeks, although a cheap option that ours seems to like is an old tea towel tied in a knot
I have no idea why it's so appealing but it beats buying new toys every few weeks - also seems to last a *bit* longer too

Ditto. I dont think an indestructible toy actually exists.
My lab destroys everything...including the post at the moment.
I had wondered why I hadn't received any mail recently, then realised while I was out he was eating it as it came through the letter box !

My dog has destroyed every toy that she's ever had except the 'Animal Club' stretchy knotted latex rope thingies I got in Sainsburys, she's tried very hard but they just go on and on

ours destroys everything except 2 things, a proper big bone like an elbow or something for 50p of the market. other thing is a rope twisted and tied in a knot that he play tug o war with.... everything else we find in bits dotted around the house

we've got something called a "reaction ball" it's really meant for sports & agility training - but my friend's dog goes nuts with it. It's fairly tough - it's been used for a month or so without too much ware.

Thanks for the suggestions.
He has a kong, which he normally only plays with at the park.
Pigs ears made me laugh! We buy him these in bags of 50. 1 will last approx one hour! (He gets these as a treat)
He ripped up one of his bed / cushion thing the other day £20's worth and now the stuffing is coming out.
He does like tug of war! He has had three rope / tennis ball toys, each one does not have the tennis ***** on them, because they are in bits!
Hide bones are good, each large one will last about 2 hours, then burps and drinks lots of water! (Takes after me!)
Where you get the reaction ball from?
We got him one of these the other day. Pissed ourselves laughing for a while, until he settled down for a chew and started destroying it!! (Park toy only!)

The best bit about tug of war games with dogs is that weh you let them win, and they come back for another go you suddenly get the wet slippery end that was previously in the dogs mouth!
