It'll be moving slower than the other lanes, with a far higher minor accident rate because it will be full of cars with women chatting and kids in the back fighting. (yes I know I'm female but nothing bugs me more than people not paying attention to the road).

Will this encourage people to pick up hitch hikers so they can use the HOV lane?
Or will there be a queue of unemployed people from Hemel-Luton (quite a few
