Just seen the price of the house that sold next door.
God knows what ours is worth! There's is smaller, needed re-wiring, new heating, new plumbing, re-decorating, new windows, new kitchen, new bathroom.
They were ripped off big style! ....the house two door up which is the same as ours, but needing the same amount of work went for £40K less!

Well they knew how much we paid for our house 10 months ago, so the figures are correct, and we have the cheapest house in our road, all the other sold for a lot more, so think we got a bargin!!!

Well chuffed Paid alot less for mine than the people next door, and the one upstairs just sold for alot more than i paid for mine

We brought our House last July and would love to see what everyone else paid for theirs! Being a new estate, they all seem to be on their.
