Long cables run to plasma screens

I'm looking into the cabling of multiple plasma screens which could be 100m+ from the source.
The source could be a Sky box or a PC video card (eg PowerPoint).
As 100m+ is a fair hike I expect signal quality to be an issue. Is there a prefered solution for this sort of application?

Where I work pictures travel 100m from the cameras and then get sent back a 100m so people in the studio can see them with no probs. Long runs of 1 volt into 75 ohms on the composite side [as long as it is DA'd (distribution amplifier) properly and sent in impeadance matched high quality BNC coax] is no issue... Digital (SDI) is even easier...
