A 59, a 24 and a 73. Put into frying pans just as she walks in. Say 'almost done love' and serve Make sure you throw away the silver cartons!!!!

it's winter, got to be lamb hot pot

make sure you get lamb neck from the butchers - very important for the flavour, you will need quite a bit, when you place it in the dish make sure you can get to it afterwards.

cook nice and slow, when its done remove the neck sections and cut the chunks of meat away.

Serve with some nice granary bread with 1/8" of butter, place chunks of meat back on the hot pot.

Delicious - don't forget the neck meat though, nice chops will do to bulk the meat up a bit.

So your logic is, if she likes the lamb, she'll be up for the beef

To start. Avacado , half ,remove stone dress with a little lemon juice and olive oil. Do just before serving.
Main. Grilled salmon steak. Boiled baby salad potatoes. Mixed salad.
Dessert Strawberries and double cream.
To drink. Has to be champagne.

Any bloke that can cook is half way there i have wooed girls (ok a girl) with my famous mash potatoes.

As a starter go to a chinese supermarket and get soem spring rolls amd do these in the oven or deep fry and get some dim sum and steam these.

for mains

Do a nice simple chinese stir fry chicken breast, peppers sliced, onions, baby corn and some magnetout, chuck the chicken in a wok with some olive oil then when nearly cooked chuck in the other stuff and have the heat on as high as possible dont over cook as it will go soggy.

Plenty if good quality wine (dont buy s*it) and trust me you will get more than a massage my friend!

2 chicken breasts, 100g chevre or other mild goats cheese, about 5 finely chopped sunblushed tomates (not sun dried theyre too strong), some lemon juice, some basil (can be dried) and some olive oil. mix the cheese (easiest if you chop into v small pieces) and the toms in a bowl, add about 0.5 teaspoon of dried or 1 teaspoon finely chopped basil and large pinch salt. Mix. Cut chick breast with deep slash down its length, stuff the cut with the half the mix. Repeat with other breast. put tiny bit of oil of a tinfoil sheet smear around (stops the chicken sticking to the sheet). put breasts on sheet. drizzle about half teaspoon lemon juice over each breast, then about 1 teaspoon olive oil over each breast. bung in preheated oven for 25 mins at about 190C / gas mark 5. you get that nice smell as it cooks that'll impress the girlies. Get a bit of juice at the end of cooking, when serving pour about 2 teaspoons of it over the finsihed article. Yum! (PS just had this meal tonight)

For dessert make a merrang mix and pipe it around two bolbs of ICe cream in two *****. when you serve it place it in the corner of a plate and place a peeled bannana so one end is inbetween the two blobs of ice cream. Add a small drizzle of plain yoghurt on the plate at the other end of the bannana. For the real deal, get some short sprigs of chives and stick them into the blobs of ice cream, you might need a few depending on the size of the *****
thats better

Personally I'd go for something the guarantees she starts getting wet.

I KNOW crepes Suzette does this to women -especially if washed down with champagne.
ok try this :

You'll need :
3 oranges
10 tablespoons sugar
1/2 lb unsalted butter
1 tablespoon Kirsch
7 tablespoons Cointreau
5 tablespoons cognac

The crepes mix is just a batter -eggs flower milk. Thin as possible.

The sauce:

Remove rind from oranges
add sugar
juice oranges
Soften butter and add rind
Add juice , with kirsch, cointreau
In a pan heat mix until bubbly and sticky
Add the crepes and coat with sauce
keep adding until all crepes are coated .
Pour on cognac and ignite
Serve with cream or ice cream

**** out !
