Cabin Fever
Watching now, its your typical modern horror film with a group of teens going off to the woods! Think Evil Dead! Once there a man who they believe to be some sort of maniac turns up spitting blood, of course they panic and kill him! Then they all start to develop a flesh eating virus where slowly one by one they get so badly infected they die. Its not paticularly scary but it is quite gruesome! Ending disappointing as usual though!
