I would say well done heman congrats but ive no idea what your genetics are.
The fact you had to ask the conversion kgs/lbs also doesnt really convince me of your lift

if so, that's a theoretical 1rm of around 750lbs+ parallel, and suited, belted and wrapped that should give you around a 800-850lb+ single without even trying. assuming you're english and you say you're under 16st5 you should compete at national level if you're not already. you'd clean up at that weight range, especially if you're way below the 16st mark.

lol, i wasn't having a go mate, i do have strong legs so i may have an advantage.
i always work out what i lift in pounds, we don't need kgs
i tried cutting my sets down like dorian yates says and i do three sets of squats, 100 300 500,
i got stuck at 510, i just do smith machine squats at the minute.
if your still not convinced mail me and i'll send you a pic of my legs, lol

why not try going heavier on freeweight squats for fewer reps instead of changing to an inferior and dangerous exercise? or do front squats.

230kg deadlift
thats not to be sniffed at mate!
you must have forearms like a gorilla to be able to grip that!
I managed 270kg on the leg press *9 (after three other sets) the other day.. altho I know I cant do that squatting... ah well.
No gear for me tho
Altho Im sick and tired of chicken/tuna LOL

leg press is fine.. as long as your feet are as high on the sled as possible.

Holly molly. Im not a power lifter, but I do have respect for the dedication. Mild body-building is where my hearts at, a bit of gear and good proportions, (good legs, back etc.) Still keep pumping.

why do you want my age and height do you want a date?
we have dumbells in kg but theres a chart on the wall with the real weights on,eg in pounds, i'll leave the kgs and kilometres to the french
si you gave the weights you lift in kg but your body weight in stone and pounds, that may seem strange to some but its what your used to.

i've done a few BB comps, best squats were 525lbs for 15, i used to get a weight keep at it until i get 15 reps then put the maximum weight up and start from scratch, to get to 15 reps again, try going higher reps on squats, imo its the best way to increase the weight you lift
cash or cheque
ps, i use a bar with 5 x 50lbs weights on each side, so that why i've put lbs not kg
good luck in the future si, sounds like your doing well
