I feckin detest "I am the one and only" by Chesney Hawkes, I am straight off the dancefloor when that comes on! And with the idiot being on TV at the moment, I'm bound to hear it again soon

I'd still go with Billy Ray Cyrus and Achy Breaky Heart as the most annoying song ever.
In fact the only slightly good thing to ever come out of that was Weird Al Yankovic's remake:

So many to choose from, I was originally going to say anything by Brian Adams, but I think I'll go with Shiny Happy People by REM. More like Whiny Crappy People that band.
