i bought the ipaq / tomtom setup. very good for £299. it's also a pda so i can play games on the train on the way to work in the morning. plus i've added on all the gatso and mobile speed camera places (yes they have set sites that they are allowed to use). i've also added on all the shell and sainsbury garages for the 98 ron fuel.

Used to have a road angel supplying gps signal to an ipaq 2210 with TTN3 but now got a Tom Tom Go unit - a lot better and the next software update should make it as good for features as TTN3 ![Thumb](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/thumb.gif)
Come on TomTom - get your finger out with the update...

There's now some new versions of TT Go with bluetooth etc - check out www.tomtom.com for info...

Actually, my old TT3 was more intelligent than this Kenwood based unit.

The only issue I have is that the CD that came with the car is about 18 months out of date, even thought its an 05 car.

I've got the bluetooth TomTom Navigator with my phone (an O2 XDA II) - works really well.
Nearly as good as the Sat Nav system we used to have in the wife's Previa - it was the DVD based Toyota Navigation System. That worked with postcodes and telephone numbers (business ones) - not a bad little system.

Busy creating my own CARPC setup
Have a 1000 mhz Duron setup in the car with a 400 watt inverter
GPS Antenna (BU303) and Destinator3/MapMonkey.
Connected it to my Alpine Headunit.
It works but i am still awaiting delivery of a 7 inch monitor, as the 19 incher (that i tested with) isnt small enough to be fitted where i want it.
If i fit it now there isnt any room for a passenger
