Had a second inteview for a job yesterday....

hmmmm not sure on the outcome,,

my technician went for the same job, was in for 2 hours, and got turned down..

i was in for an hour and dont know yet!!!

it went ok ish , they threw one curve ball that really caught me out..

they asked what did i want from them!! never had this one before,, (as long as they pay me thats good enough for me)...

I hit on some training needs that i thought i should have,

the rest wasnt really about the job, more about what i could introduce etc..
on the way out one of the managers aked if i had any questions, naturally i asked him how he thought it went, he reckoned ok , but then he would say that,

so its wait and see now, not to positive though..

I am going for a new job myself at the moment.......just had my 6th interview with the same company !
A great question I always ask at an interview is "why should I work for you ?"
Its quite cheeky but gets some interesting replies.

6 interviews - 2nd interview @ 2hrs.... what are these jobs for .... world domination.... I normally make my mind on candidates up in the first 30 minutes.... may then have a 2nd interview with HR and one test just to confirm. Have used behavioural interviewing, that also makes a quick decision. So far not made one bad choice, in fact all have been very successful at the jobs. 6 interviews .... maybe too much red tape at that place
