pmsl. So very very very true (unfortunately).
It really does annoy me that when I phone CS, and especially TS that I cannot understand, or be understood by the person on the other end of the line. One assumes the companies concerned don't give a flying **** whether their clients get good support or not, or even if the CS/TS rep can speak clearly without a heavy accent that you cannot understand.
