i could if i wanted to, spend all week, every week in the house except a few 5min visits into work each morning to get sum numbers and sort sum cash out, once a week i would have to go to the bank.
and i could still manage to make a living
but i choose not to, and instead i do 80 hours a week so i get even more cash

lol as you asked OK. We get nearly double the amount of bank holidays here plus we start at 9:30 finish at 2 take 3 hrs for lunch and siesta then work from 5 till 7pm. Note these are official hours rather than the one's I actually do.
Not to mention the free villa and other ex-pat goodies. I'm only here now because I've the offer of a free feed from one of my collegues over here on a jolly from Inglaterra.
I've ended up doing this job through sheer slackness, I've taken the path of least resistance whenever possible and regard the whole thing as a joke apart from the money at the end of the month.
Isn't the world of information technology wonderful?

Misty is right ....................... no job is as easy as a Fireman!!
Turn up for work, sleep a little, grab your mates hose as a practise, direct water at mickey-mouse brick tower with your gay mate screaming for a virile young fireman to come get him!!
Turn attention to 2nd job, rescue Mrs Jones's cat from nearby tree, sleep again, play on Playstation and then go home ......... oh, yes, retire on FULL Pension at 50!!
WTF is going on??
However, IT is the easiest game in town ...... money for nothing, chicks for free!

I believe I have the cushiest job of them all, I'm a train driver on the London Underground. £32K starting salary, 52 days paid holiday, 35 hour week and strike whenever we don't like something at work like, like getting more tea breaks during the day.
NOT!
NOT!

Are they full time though?
Out in the sticks maybe there is an ounce of truth to what you say but in the city it is a very different story. And for your info we retire at 55 now.
Ps Fireman is very un-pc. We are firefighters now
