M4 Speed Cameras J14 - J18
Of course we all stick to 70mph & never condone breaking laws, however stupid we may think they are, so this is of purely academic interest.
The BBC has a library picture of a fixed GATSO, but the local info is that they're mobile ones on bridges
"at noon, new mobile speed cameras will begin operating on the M4 between Junctions 14 and 18. For the first time in Britain, the cameras will be set to permanently enforce the 70mph speed limit. A margin of error means that anyone travelling over 79mph will be fined £60 and receive three penalty points to their license."
