Question Insider dealing in a company's shares

If I suspected this had happened- ie directors of a company buying large numbers of shares and then the company being sold shortly after-then who would I raise this with? Just out of curiosity...

Surely it would be the Department of Trade and Industry?

you would need to contact the ombudsman, also it would be worth whilst contacting the FSA, who will probably just tell you to contact the ombudsman to be honest.

Before you do that though, id suggest considering what you are doing, dont go into this if you have ANY doubts, its people lives you are putting on the line, if found guilty, they could goto prison, and have everything taken away.

hope that helps.
